This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling interview bookings and requesting refunds on the MockitX platform.

To reschedule, follow the same process as cancellation but select "Reschedule" instead.
Refunds to credit/debit cards are processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will appear in your statement within 7-14 business days depending on your bank.
UPI refunds are processed within 3-5 business days and credited directly to your UPI account.
Net banking refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your bank account.

If an interview cannot be completed due to technical issues on our end, users will receive a full refund or free rescheduling.
