- 2 → Fill Role Requirements: In your LMS, specify job title, seniority, core skills, and what you want to practice.
- 3 → Pay & Book: You pay per interview and choose a slot that fits your schedule.
- 4 → Interview Rounds: Typically HR + Technical. We can add managerial/system-design rounds when useful.
- 5 → Feedback & Score: Mentor shares structured feedback and a score in your LMS dashboard.
