MockitX is an online interview practice platform that connects job seekers with professional HR and technical interviewers for mock interview sessions. Our services include:

• Mock interview booking and scheduling
• HR and technical interview sessions
• Performance feedback and scoring
• Interview history tracking

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Booking and Payment

4.1 Booking Process

• Users must provide accurate information when booking interviews
• Interview slots are subject to availability
• We reserve the right to cancel bookings in case of unavailability

4.2 Payment Terms

• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking
• We accept payments through Razorpay (credit cards, debit cards, UPI, netbanking)
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• Payment is non-refundable except as stated in our Cancellation & Refunds policy

5. Interview Sessions

5.1 Conduct

Users must conduct themselves professionally during interview sessions. Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or violation of our code of conduct may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

5.2 Feedback and Scores

Interview feedback and scores are provided for educational purposes only. They do not guarantee success in actual job interviews and should be used as a learning tool.

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Respect interviewers and other users
• Not misuse the platform or attempt to hack or disrupt services
• Not share account credentials with others
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the MockitX platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of MockitX and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

MockitX provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• That interview feedback will lead to job offers
• The accuracy of all information provided by interviewers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MockitX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MockitX, its employees, and interviewers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason we deem necessary.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
