MockitX (The Customized Mock Interview Online Platform) takes the security of candidates, partners, and mentors seriously. We welcome good-faith reports of security issues so we can fix them quickly.

2. How to report

3. What to include

• A clear description of the issue and potential impact
• Steps to reproduce (URLs, screenshots, or a short proof-of-concept)
• Your contact details so we can follow up
• Whether you plan any public disclosure, and your preferred timeline

4. Safe harbor

If you make a good-faith effort to avoid privacy violations, service disruption, and data destruction, we will not pursue legal action for security research against MockitX that follows this policy.

Please do not:

• Access or modify other users' data
• Perform denial-of-service or social-engineering attacks
• Spam signup or payment flows
• Publicly disclose an issue before we have had a reasonable chance to fix it

5. What we protect

• HTTPS encryption for all public traffic
• Hardened sign-up and sign-in (bot checks and rate limits)
• Payments handled by Razorpay — we do not store full card numbers on MockitX
• Privacy practices described in our Privacy Policy
